Metal roofs won’t dry out, split, curl or flake. But they do have their problems 1.Loose seams and cracked penetrations are caused when the roof expands and contracts with the weather. 2.Rust and corrosion the weather will cause rust and corrosion to form and holes to appear. 3.Interior drips happens because of condensation and the problem is compounded when oxidation occurs and rust forms on the inside 4.Ice build –up in gutters can block water from draining off the roof creating a drainage problem and letting moisture enter through seam in the roof.
